A deposit is required before work begins on any project, typically 50% of the project total.
Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel before any work has started.
Once work has begun
Once work has begun, payments become non-refundable, reflecting the time and resources already committed to your project.
Revisions
Each service package includes a set number of revision rounds — see the Services page for details — intended to resolve concerns before a project is considered complete.
Final payment
Final payment is due before the completed website is published and handed over.
