Ownership and portfolio use
Ownership of final website deliverables transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment. Shoreline Web Co. retains the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Liability
Services are provided "as is." Shoreline Web Co. is not liable for indirect damages or outages caused by third-party hosting, domain, or software providers.
